BULLGUARD GAMERS' EDITION SUBSCRIPTION ISSUES
How many computers can I use a BullGuard Gamers' Edition
subscription on?
A BullGuard Gamers' Edition subscription can only be used on
1 computer.
If I have a BullGuard account, can I use
it with BullGuard Gamers' Edition? What if I have a BullGuard
Gamers' Edition account and I want to use BullGuard?
You can use a BullGuard Gamers' Edition
account with any BullGuard Internet Security version and
vice-versa.
However, you cannot change your subscription from BIS
to BGE nor the other way around. In order to do this, you need to
make a different purchase.
What is the difference between a BullGuard Gamers' Edition
and a BullGuard Internet Security account?
The Gaming module. With a BullGuard Gamers' Edition
account, the user will be able to see and use the gaming module,
while with a BullGuard account, the user will not be able to see or
use this module.
OK, I bought BullGuard Gamers' Edition, how do I manage
my subscription?
Log on to the My
Account section on our website's upper menu to manage your
account.
You will need the username and password that you chose when you
initially registered or purchased BullGuard Gamers' Edition. If you
can't remember this information, please contact our Support by
email or live chat.
I have just purchased BullGuard Gamers' Edition, but it
keeps telling me it's still a trial version. What do I do?
Please see this guide: How to
activate a BullGuard Gamers' Edition subscription
Common problems:
1. You may have bought under a different username (email address)
than your trial account. If so, please see this guide.
2. You have just purchased online, you may need to press the
Check status button in the Main
> Account section so BullGuard Gamers' Edition
can retrieve your latest subscription status.
What happens when my free copy
of BullGuard Gamers' Edition expires?
When the free trial expires, BullGuard Gamers' Edition will stop
protecting your computer. This means that your machine is no longer
protected from viruses, spyware and hackers.
The expired BullGuard Gamers' Edition will no longer detect any
viruses, even if you scan your hard disks for them. It will not
look for new antivirus updates and it will no longer protect your
data or Internet connection in any way.
When BullGuard Gamers' Edition expires you should decide whether
you want to uninstall BullGuard Gamers' Edition and render your
computer unprotected - or buy a subscription to BullGuard Gamers'
Edition, protecting your PC 24/7 from malicious virus attacks,
worms, hackers, trojans, spyware and all other harmful content on
the Internet.
Note: When your BullGuard Gamers' Edition
expires, you will only see the Main section in the
application's console. This allows access to the
Account tab, where you can either press the
Check status button (if you have bought online) or
enter a license-key (if you have bought offline, from a store) to
extend your subscription time.
