Register your Mobile Backup account
Any Mobile Backup application requires an active account. You will need to register an account before using the application. Note that the registration process requires a working Internet connection.
To get to the registration screen, you will need to accept the BullGuard Mobile Backup EULA (End User Licence Agreement). To continue, you will need to agree to the EULA by tapping Accept. Tapping Decline will close the application.
Once you’ve agreed to the EULA, you will be asked to register for a BullGuard account. For this you need a valid e-mail address and your phone number (if it is not already prefilled). Also make sure to choose your country from the dropdown list. As soon as you supplied all the necessary information, click on Create/Login to create your account. Tap the Back button to run through the registration process later.
E-mail: Since sensitive information regarding your account, Backup activities or renewals will be sent to this e-mail address; please make sure it is valid and that you are the sole user of it, to prevent unauthorized access to any private information.
Password: please choose a bpassword and make sure you do not share it as this will enable other persons to gain access to any private information you might have backed up.
Phone Number: please provide the phone number you use for your Android device, as specified above in the image. Please note that you must write your phone number without country code and without the international dialling prefixes: “00” or “+”.
The next screen will prompt you to enter your licence key in order to activate your paid account. The licence key is a 16-digit string of lower-case letters and digits which you received through e-mail when making the purchase.
In case you wish to try out BullGuard, simply click on Skip and a 29-day trial account will be created and the registration will be confirmed in a pop-up.
Note: You can only register one trial account per device.
