Send and check for new messages
To check for any new messages from the Support team click on the Get messages button from the Support section. BullGuard will retrieve any new messages for the user currently logged in.
A pop-up screen will notify you if there is no message available.
In case of a new message or reply to an already opened ticket, you will be directed to the Message Center tab where you can read it.
