Setting up when, how, what and where will be backed up.
From the BullGuard Mobile Backup main screen tap on the device Menu button and then tap on Settings.

Schedule
The Schedule menu allows you to choose between performing Backups manually, at your convenience, or instructing BullGuard to automatically back up your data.

The default setting is to run Backup manually.
Once you tap on Schedule backup, a new selection list will appear. Here you have to specify the:
- Frequency: how often should BullGuard perform the Backup
- First scheduled Backup: when the first Backup should run (date and time). If you then schedule a weekly or monthly Backup, these will take place on the same day and time of the week.

Press the Back button and then choose Save in order to implement these changes.
Internet settings
This menu allows you to choose how BullGuard will connect to the Internet if you back up to the Online drive.

Use 3G and Wi-Fi: BullGuard will use whatever connection is available, be it 3G or Wi-Fi.
Use while roaming: BullGuard will backup/restore through 3G even when you're abroad.
Use only Wi-Fi: BullGuard will back up/restore only when the device is connected through Wi-Fi.
Items to backup
The Items to backup menu allows you to choose what should be backed up. Tick the boxes next to the items you wish to secure.

When ticking the FILES option, a browse window will appear in which you will have to choose what files/folders from your SD card should be backed up. Tap on the folder icon to select the folder you want to back up or tap on the folder name in order to open it and view its subfolders.

Press the Back button in order to add the selected files/folders to the Backup list. Back in the selection list, press on Back again. The pop-up message will appear requesting an answer. Tap on Save and the changes will be implemented.
Backup location
The Backup location menu allows you to choose where you want to back up your data. The BullGuard Online Drive is selected by default.
Your Backup account comes with dedicated backup space on the BullGuard Online Drive, which is hosted on our servers.

Simply tap on the Local option in order to change the destination of the Backup. The data will then be saved in the folder displayed under the Local option.
Note: the folder cannot be modified.

Press Back and then tap on Save in order to implement the new settings.
