I struggle to open applications at times, sometimes i click on them and they will load for two seconds then close its self. I have a very high memory usage, and internet explorer constantly keeps loading up with adverts at the start. I had done a crap cleaner scan, an ad-aware scan, AVG anti spyware scan. I have also used dr webcureit and ATF cleaner yet nothing seems to work.

Here is the drwebcureit results
svchosts.exe;c:\windows\system32;Trojan.MulDrop.5862;Deleted.;
