I'm at a loss as to how to fix this hijack.  I just ran "hijack this" and created a log file which is shown below.  Can somebody please analyze it and let me know what I need to do to fix IE.  This would be greatly appreciated.

Please print this reply out before starting your fix as I would like you to stay disconnected from the internet until you have completed all the steps.
Download this scanner:  http://www.mwti.net/antivirus/free_utilities.asp
Take one of the first seven links, activate all, in settings

Before you do disconnect, download this tool to the Desktop.
http://tools.zerosrealm.com/startchmfix.exe
Disconnect from the internet.
Run the scanner from Microworld
Run startchmfix.exe and it will extract the folder.
Open the folder after extracted.
Please make sure all Internet Explorers are closed and other windows folders and programs found in the task bar.
Double click the fix.bat
Notepad will open at the end with a message and the bad file listing.
Note: Please save that bad file listing so you can copy it into this thread using add/reply along with a new HijackThis log at the end of my instructions.
The tool is designed so that if it is unable to delete the file it will ask you to reboot and then it will try to delete the bad file.
If no files show in the bad file listing then, show hidden files http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html and do a search for any of these files:
C_10230.dll
crt32_v2.dll
crtv2_32.dll
delete them wherever you find them.
Go to Start | Run and type: cleanmgr.exe and hit enter.
When prompted what drive to clean select your hard drive c:
If asked what folders to clean in a list, tick them all to clean all temp folders, downloaded program folders, temporary internet files, etc., and the recycle/trash bin.
Boot into safe mode and run hijackthis , do not open any other windows.
Put a check against the following and click fix checked;
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://www.myexexex.com/searchbar.php
