My IE6 has been hijacked. Whatever attempt I try it comes up with the following:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

Could you please tell me whether you are using a proxy setup for your internet connection, as the error message appears to be a Squid automated message? If not, please tell me what type of internet connection do you have, and also if the connection works for other applications.

I am not using a proxy server. My connection is a 2.5Mb ADSL connection, and it works perfectly with all other applications, including Opera and Firefox. Hope you can find a solution for my little problem...
