well ok i got this problem well some days back my msn kinda started screwing upp well everytime i turn it onn all these messages askin me use the gaming feature keep comin up not one htey jus keep cominn n not stop soo i figured there might be virus as last i got one my nortan was doing the same thing displayin one message over n over again. well i ran nortan virus there was nuttin and then i ran house call n it said i had this virus called trojan istbar.ce well house call said it was uncleanable soo i jus deleted the files well all the files got deleted but one the file is nem216. dll now i cant delete this .dll file ass everytimme i try too it says its in use soo i am confused plz helpp
well what may be the problem with that virus is that when it says its running you should open up task manager (ctrl+alt+Del) or (ctrl+shift+esc) and look for the running process end it and then try to delete it.Tiger-Stripe
nooo see that doesnt work see the file that the virus is inn that is nem 216.dll file is being used by my computer to work iexplorer, explorer n if i turn that process off from my taskmanager nuttin else works n all i can see is my task manager n the my background screen n all my icons n the start menu jus dispears so i cant open any files to delete the dll file
heyy ok i got some more stuff on my viruss well i read stuff on it n apprantly the virus istbar.ce installs many other files into ur computer and well i found the files thru housecal n deleted all of them but the last onee which is trok.dyfuca.bx is in my dll file yea thas one fuckin stuff on my computer lol yea need help removing that cuz my msn aint workin nomore n it sucks lol cuz everytime i look at my email in hotmail my stupid msn jus automatically opens n then the messages start comin n before i could close everything but now when msn opens the whole computer freezes
I'm presuming you've been in the regedit, have you got your system restore on? if you do do a disk clean, when thats done analyzing it will give you options, slightly to the right there is a more optins tab click it, underthat one you will see a button that says remove all restore points. Click that button, then go into control panel and turn the restore off, restart with a cold boot. if you've already cleaned your regedit you should do this, then when you restart do a scan with housecall since it spotted the last one. Try this, uninstall norton and install bullguard's 60 day free trial, this shit is mean if it don't delete it it will move it so you can delete it. one other thing try downloading Ad-aware 6 from lavasoft you probably have spyware on your computer.

Computer god?? no just a regular red blooded American in Florida who has a computer repair service. and I'm also a Bullguard retailer(1 year only) I do this to keep my mind sharp because I used to do internet tech support, and I'm also learning alot from out there. and it keeps me in the operating systems.
