I have something similar to what everyone else has been coming down with in the last few post on here.   I can't access any anti-virus websites or software, if i click any link it redirects me unless i copy/paste the url. If i try to access an anti-virus site it either redirects me or says that ie can't open the site. If i try to run spybot it just doesn't start, also firefox does the same thing. Goinging into safe mose doesn't change much. In safe mode i have more control of the internet as far as clicking a link goes, but still no luck in going to anti-virus sites. I found this site and seen some people were able to get some help here so i figured i would give it a shot. I follow the pre-posting instructions but was only able to run highjack this and ccleaner, the other links just wuldn't work for me.

here is the highjack this log(only could run in safe mode)

Hello smile

Please download Combofix:

And save to the desktop.

Close all other browser windows.

Important-> Temporarily disable your anti-virus, real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with combofix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".

Go to Start->Run and copy/paste: ComboFix /snapshot and hit OK. It should run Combofix.

Please note, that once you start combofix you should not click anywhere on the combofix window as it can cause the program to stall. In fact, when combofix is running, do not touch your computer at all and just take a break as it may take a while for it to complete.

When finished, it will produce a logfile located at C:\combofix.txt.

Post the contents of that log in your next reply with a new hijackthis log.

Please copy and paste your log files. DO NOT add it as an attachment

NB. If you are using any P2P (file sharing) programs, please remove them before we clean your computer.. We do not clean logs that have P2P applications installed as this can cause reinfection during your cleaning.

It seems that the programs that are giving me trouble are    winspywareprotect, antivirus XPP 2008 (i think i got rid of that one), and joke-bluescreen.c.

No need to start new topics.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware:

(It is possible you´ll have to copy the link in to the adress line)

 to your desktop.

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.

At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.

If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.

Close the program.  Rename it to - something.exe

Launch the program.

Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.

When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.

Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location.

Copy and Paste that log into your next reply.

NB: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Same problem as the previous website, i tried the link and tried copy/pasting it to the address bar. No luck with each, still getting "internet explorer cannot display website".

Ok, then let´s see if we can remove some of the infections manually -

Run Hijackthis and place a check beside each of the following. Close all other browser windows except HJT.
Click fix checked:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MSConfig] C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\MSConfig.exe /auto
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [lphc58ej0eabl] C:\WINDOWS\system32\lphc58ej0eabl.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SMrhc18ej0eabl] C:\Program Files\rhc18ej0eabl\rhc18ej0eabl.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [28b51cdc] rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\srnynuma.dll",b
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BM2b862f40] Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\fpwdnmjv.dll",s
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [BitTorrent] "C:\Program Files\BitTorrent\bittorrent.exe" --force_start_minimized
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Shell] "C:\WINDOWS\system32\Rundll32.exe" "C:\WINDOWS\system32\shell32.dll",Control_RunDLL "C:\DOCUME~1\brian\LOCALS~1\Temp\dat113.tmp"
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [DAEMON Tools Lite] "C:\Program Files\DAEMON Tools Lite\daemon.exe" -autorun
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [s9201] "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SecuriSoft SARL\WinSpywareProtect\wspwprtct.exe" /autorun

You may want to print this or save it to notepad as we will go to safe mode.

Re-start your PC in   Safe Mode

Please set your system to show all files.
Click Start.
Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

Delete the following files or folders (delete item in bold). Please do not be concerned if
any of the items are not found as they may have been automatically removed by actions I had
you take earlier in the cleaning process.

Delete-

Files:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\srnynuma.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\fpwdnmjv.dll
C:\DOCUME~1\brian\LOCALS~1\Temp\dat113.tmp

Folders:
C:\Program Files\rhc18ej0eabl
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SecuriSoft SARL\WinSpywareProtect
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint

Reboot, post new hijackthis log and tell how the computer are behaving now ?

Here's the new log file. Also, Firefox still won't open and I still seem to have problems accessing anti-virus websites and being redirected.
