Dear Sirs,

I have windows 7 on my machine and I mistakenly downloaded a toolbar / browser called QVo6.com and when ever I change my home page to any other one the same page pops as homepage. I tried getting help from almost all sources and all is in vain.

Kindly provide solution to this issue as I am worried to use any of financial information now on.

Anticipate you can solve this.

Follow the steps from this guide: www.bullguard.com/support/tech-guides/how-to-remove-browser-toolbars.aspx

Also, I recommend that you reset Internet Options as seen in this guide: support.microsoft.com/kb/923737
