Recently my laptop started doing strange things; random pop-ups when I wasnt even online. Then I started losing internet connection & spyware pop-ups started like crazy. This is when I discovered my Norton Antivirus was corrupted so I downloaded the new trial version & did the scan & found 3 things including "trojan.13" & "hack.spammer" (I think those are what 2 were) so it said they were being removed and the computer had to be restarted in order to fully remove them. So I restarted but when the computer rebooted all the original problems were still there & now the internet had completley lost connection & the Norton Antivirus wont run. What do I do?? Im going crazy... Is there a way I can download something that will fix it , burn it to cd, and then load it to the laptop or is there some kind of solution at all? Please help me....

 After You have run the scan tools -
 
Reboot normally
 
Post Hijackthis log along with AVG Anti-Spyware log, C: Rootlog TXT, C: combofix txt in this topic
