My computer has been running slow and akward lately and I've scanned it with spyware doctor where it showed multiple files infected with Trojan.Spyward.A. Files that infected were as HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSSMGR##... I also found ssqr.dll running in my task manger and other suspicous .exe programs running. Another is that when i click on an icon my desktop would go blank sometimes completely and I'd have to reboot. I am not that intelligent when in comes to computers and im afraid of doing further damage in me trying to fix it not knowing what im doing. If any help could assist me in this, It'd be greatly appreciated.

well i doubt someone could tell you if the programs you have installed on your machine are malicious or not. but if you download hijackthis and post you log here, someone will tel you what is wrong. HijackThis lists all entries that can be potentially harmful or unwanted.
