Please help. I have a license for 3 pc. One of the pc's is crashed. I cann't delete bullgaurd on the pc. At Bullguard is not registreded that 1 license isn't working anymore.

What can i do?? On which manner again gets I Bullgauird installed.

Can you do anything on the crashed pc, run any programs etc. ?

I can do nothing on the pc. It stocks at the starting. Only a safe mode runs. It seem to be a loop at the beginning to installing programs after infecting with a worm or virus.

Ok. See if you can do a systemrestore from safe mode-

Click Start.

2.
Point to All Programs.

3.
Point to Accessories.

4.
Point to System Tools.

5.
Click System Restore.

6.
Follow the instructions on the wizard.

Do NOT post your problem in someone elses thread.

I have it done first, before the great problems, a systemrestore and later a restore in safe mode. Neither in normal nor in safe mode has been succesful. I have just started the applicaton & suppot disc to instal again the drivers of windows.
Now i must up-date everthing and install the other programs. I have first made a copie of my documents/images/music/downloads in D drive. I can copied them all to the Cdrive and i am finished.
