My computer has been acting a little funny lately and I was wondering if someone could take a look at my logfile and let me know if anything funky is up. Thanks a million!

Hello...

I just reinstalled my Windows last two weeks..
My friend told me not to format the harddisc too many times,
so he gave me a software to delete windows manually.

But now I got a problem, that is, whenever I start up the windows,
there'll have 2 windows for me to select.
But one of the windows i have deleted, so can you help me to solve this problem?

Thank you very much~

right click on my computer, then click properties,

when the next screen pops up click on advanced tab, click on the settings button
for the startup and recovery.

next window in the system start up area click edit

now delete the windows command that you saw when you booted up your computer, keep the one that you go to for the new windows partition you use.

then close out the box, hit save, and ur done

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn

thats what one of the lines look like that you have to delete remember, delete one, keep one. make sure not to delete the wrong one. so maybe save the command line in a word doc just incase you deleted the wrong one and you can go into the old windows and change the command line. be sure to save the word document to the c:\ just to be safe and make it easy if you have to find the file.
