Please tell me if you have the exact location of the file. I could also use a BullGuard scan report if possible.

You can download BullGuard from this address:
http://www.bullguard.com/download.aspx

However, please make sure that you disable all other security application while installing and using BullGuard. It would be the best to uninstall Norton for a short while.
