I posted on here how upset I was that the new updated version had got rid of the activity bar.
 
This is now proved my worries correct ,as I am having my Bullguard freezing and not updating.
 
If the Bar was there it could be actually seen that the Bullguard programme had frozen.
 
I have deleted the new 5 update and gone back to 4.5. More stable and has the excellent, peace-of-mind activity bar working away for you to see.

We are contemplating a re-introduction of the Scan Activity bar in a revamped form for a future release, but this has not been decided yet. So the short answer is: Yes, the Scan Activity bar is not included in BullGuard 5.0 – maybe it’ll be back sometime down the line.
