I've had this problem with Bullguard 7. It didn't start up, so I went for a reinstall, not a good idea. Now the installer tells me that I have Vista installed, but I don't, I have XP SP2 installed
After chatting with live support, didn't knew the problem, I wnet for a "downgrade" to 6.1 and now it works
I've notised that after the latest update from Bullguard in the kernl, there have been many small problems, but now everything works like a dream.
