You should be able to download the updates without problems when using the program's interface - please tell us the exact error message you get - maybe we can solve this issue.
Do you have a proxy and does the proxy need authentication? Do all the computers have internet connection?
If you can download all the updates for one computer then share the folder containing the updates to all the network.
This folder is: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bullguard\Bullguard Scan Server\Plugins
