I have tried downloading v4.5 3 times now, but whenever I install, it results in me still having 4.1. Anyone else with this problem? Win XP home with all available microsoft burger

updates.

Hey oak,

try this do a total uninstall then restart I mean totaly shut the machine down wait 10 to 15 sec then restart. Bullguard won't reload if you don't completly uninstall and it won't uninstall unless you restart. One more thing let bullguard know the trouble your having I'm sure they would love the input.

boys,

uninstall (instructions at www.bullguard.com/support/uninstall.aspx - manual, automatic, you name it; even gives the registry keys you need to delete)
install - www.bullguard.com/support/tip_install.aspx.

eagle is right - don't reboot, it doesn'y help.
