Hi , I have had my P.C expertly cleaned by TOUCH. But now I would like to know what I can do to make sure that if anything goes wrong I can re-install back to this position.

I have heard that you can save images of your drivers and save eveything on disk, even make a boot disk.

Could some one please tell me how to go about making a complete safeguard of my P.C.

I have XP pro and just have the one C: drive.
