My bullguard have not update in weeks, only show "The Bullguard Live! module was not able to contact the upgrade server. Please check connections and try again." I checked with the Bullguard staff, and did not slove the problem. If people here can not help I will not use Bullguard again.

What have you done/tried to fix the problem, and what Operating system have you- XP, or?

It is allowed in Firewall?

I have not been able to update either. I have been a paying member since early September and evertime I perform a manual update it says that no update is available. Also, I cannot setup an auto update because when I click on the settings button the menu is blank and I can only hit ok or cancel.
