Bullguard 5 on XP Pro, SP2, all patches. Can log in to Bullguard account, can select to change username (eMail address) .... but when I type in the new username (eMail address) I get a Windows popup that says: "Microsoft Internet Explorer. You must enter a valid email address."
(Same results on a Windows 98 S.E. PC that has Bullguard 4.5 installed.)
the MSIE failure message "you must enter a valid eMail address" is apparently due to the fact that the eMail address I wanted to use begins with numerals ... for instance: 123abc@anydomain.com
I was able to change to an email address which did not begin with a numeral .... for example: abcabc@anydomain.com
