My copy of PC-cillin 2006 has expired. I obtained a new copy and want to install it. The Installer asked me to uninstall any previous version of the prog before installing the new one. I uninstalled it with no problem. However, now the Installer insists there still is a copy of an earlier PC-cillin that must be removed before the new software can be installed. I am positive there is no such old copy anywhere on my machine - except possibly somewhere in the registry. In which part of the registry would I have to look for this key? How would I remove it?
I am aware that at one time, Trend Micro had a two-page instruction sheet for this procedure on their website - but it no longer is there. Where else might I obtain a copy of these instructions?
