Please follow these steps in order to allow me to provide further assistance:
2. Download the file into a specially made folder (such as C:\sysdump). To create a folder, please go to My Computer, then to the hard disk location where you want to create the folder and click on Files > New > Folder.
3. Unzip the file in the new folder.
4. Run the sysdump.exe file.
5. Send the output file (named "sysdump.tar" which you will find in that same newly created folder) to
andreio@bullguard.com as an email attachment.
Also, please tell me if you have managed to see whether the crash occurs always when BullGuard scans the same file/folder, and if this is the case, please tell me the name of that file/folder.
