Hi guys I have been chating to BG support and am trying to extract information on rules by way of asking specific questions. It seems there is no manual or paper on BG 7.0 rule creation so lets plonk what we all have learned in here please.
 
Ok
Ports: can be specified in sequence or in ranges
sequence
i.e   3389,3387,25,whatever
ranges
i.e    3389-4000
 
a port field letf blank means all ports
 
caution an extraneous character will block all ports on the application.
