hello, today i have purchased a USB Stereo headset pro|series and that included this software bullguard. so i installed this software and it asked for a validation key which i have not got?
but i thought the product suppose to have one for this because im sure it wouldnt just let you have bullguards trial when it says on the box

it also says that Bullguard Antivirus Software is "on the cd rom" which it is but the trial version for 5 days?
it also has a Skype or Bullguard code retrieval guide

then i claimed my free minutes on skype by sending away for the code but at the bottom it says
  • in a few days you will recieve an email containing the codes that you need in order to activate the Skypeout calling from skype. Bullguard code may also be included depending on different product(please check box) << this bit i have read to you above
all this i bought today so should i be waiting for my bullguard code? i sent away for the codes and i got my skype one but i never got my Bullguard one. it says " Bullguard code may also be included" that would mean in the same email? or should i wait a day to recieve it?
im sure i was paying for the full program for a couple of months not a couple of days other wise it would of definately said

Pleease tell me exactly what type of details about the BullGuard subscription have you written on the package that you have just bought: do you have an username and a password, or a license-key?
 
The situation that you currently have only 5 days left of the BullGuard subscription is caused by the fact that you did not register an username in the application, and thus you have entered in a 5 days Grace Period.
 
In order to solve this problem until the grace period expires, please try to contact us via email on the BullGuard support service, at support@bullguard.com, as the details you will have to communicate us are private and should not be disclosed on this public forum thread.
