i have the free trial version of bullguard and i was very happy with it so far. i was going to buy a subscription to it but the other day i encountered a problem and i dont want to buy it if something is wrong and it wont work right.

it first started right after an update.  now, when i start my comp or bullguard it comes up with an error message.

it just says:  we are sorry, but bullguard encountered an unexpected problem and asks me to send an error report.  then bullguard closes and the icon in the system tray is gone.

the windows warning comes up and tells me that my firewall isnt working but it still says that bullguard virus protection is working even though its not in the system tray.

i tried deleting bullguard and re-downloading and re-installing it but it did it again as soon as it updated.

i dont know much about this kind of stuff and i cant find any specific info or anything telling me whats wrong or how to fix it.

any help would be appreciated.  i do like bullguard and want to purchase it, but if i cant fix it i might just have to get a different one.
