| Hi, I downloaded this antivirus which as mentioned on the website looks a great one to use, especially version 5.0, but when I try to install it on windows 2003 with service pack 1 RC1, the program just take a long time when you try to click on it to start, then it just disappear with no other messages, I used bitdefender but on windows XP and bullguard 4.5 just looks the same like it, then after doing a search on the internet all people don't recommend it and advice to keep away from it, so my questions are:
1- If version 5.0 works fine what are the steps I should follow to install it properly?
2- Which version is better 4.5 or 5.0 (I need it for windows 2003 server)?
3- What other problems may I get?
4- Should I avoid installing service packs??
