Hi,
 
I had some problems with my pc so i reloaded XP on my pc....
 
Now i try tyo load Norton AV 2004 and it wont load at all.... it gets about 3/4 of the way through then an error message says it cannot load....Does anyone know what may be the cause of this...

Hello Steve,


Please try to specify the exact error message that you receive, so that i can understand the nature of your problem.

Also, have you tried to reinstall you Norton product, after you reinstalled Windows XP?
This could be the cause of your issue.

suspect any spyware/adware? download >hijackthis< and post the log file it creates.
