| Hello everyone,
I have some questions as well as problems with the Virussoftware.
I had the bitdefender Antivirus software installed and that found 2 viruses "Trojan.download.Agent.something" but couldn't remove them.
I asked in this forum how to get rid of them and people here recommended to install the free bullguard sw which I did.
Now after I scanned my harddrive bullguard didn't find any of these virusses but after the scanning I have big trouyble with my computer.
Whatever try "connecting to the net", "start a programm" even "shutdown the computer" I get the message popped up that said:
bdmcon This program has performed a illegal operation and will be shutdown.
If this problem persists contact the programm vendor.
After running the bullguard scan some icons in the bottom right corner are missing also and I already thought of removing the bullguard sw again.
Actually after turning down the computer and switching it on everything seems allright as long as i don't touch the bullguard sw.
Any hints are greatlly appreciated
