when i connect to internet (ADSL) the office xp, stops running, i can not close it. and the pages i am loking also freeze, i have already reinsstal all the windows xp, bought a new antivirus, but the problem persist.
First of all, let's make sure this is not a spyware problem. Please download the utility called HIJACKTHIS from >here< and unzip [extract] it into a c:\ folder [for example, c:\hijackthis]. Then run the application, press the Do a system scan and save a log file button, and copy paste here the log, in full.
Also, you say that the problem appears when you try to connect to the internet via ADSL. Does your ADSL modem indicate any activity? If you suspect a connection problem, you may wish to contact your ISP. If your problems persist after a reinstallation of the operating system, it might be a hardware issue. Therefore it might be helpful if you post your hardware specifications also.
