i have a few serious viruses such as trojan that bullguard cant get rid of .how can i get advise on how to get advice on removing them from my laptop. thanks

I know the problem.....You could try castlecops they have so much info for different infections and where to go to get the software for removal. It is a bit long winded but it costs nowt! Good luck with your cleaning....

If you ran BullGuard and found the infected files, all you have to do is contact the Support team. Besides the scan log, you can ask for more instructions.
 
Via email is easier, as you can receive diagnosis tools and send them logs, but you can contact them on the live chat as well:
