I trade stocks/shares from home. I run one desktop and one laptop. Both were installed with Windows XP SP2. Then I run RealTime trading application from a securities company to enable stock prices monitoring in realtime basis. The application can run with my desktop, but cannot with my laptop. Any kind help?

In order to offer assistance in this matter please provide us with the following details:
 
1. What is the exact name and version of the malfunctioning program?
2. What is the exact error message you receive when you try to run this application on your laptop, and by that I mean to the letter.
