hi i have a security alert popping up on my computer that my bullguard anti-spyware needs updating.i have tried several tmes and its keep saying that it cant update as it cant connect to update server!!! my internet is running fine but it still seems a problem.can anyone help immediately many thanks
Got the same problem here - have had a reply from Support which involves re-signing in but after pushing the "check & Update" button nothing happens, not even the connection error message. Have e-mailed Support again - will let you know if there is any result.
Just finished the trial period and signed up - co-incidence?
I'm having this same problem now again. I had it somewhere last week also, but then it was fixed.
Now I have the same problem again, not checked for over 14 hours and no update for over 17 hours. Update server can not be reached is the error message I get when I try to update manually.
Hi there. I've had - and am still having - the same problem as you guys. I contacted Bullguard and was told that they know there are problems and that it's due to a large update going through and to try again tomorrow.
Just saw that my computer updated the necessary files again. Let me hear how it is with you.

Now it completes the update check, but it has not received an update for over 13 hours. Nromally I would several per day without such long gaps. What going on with your updates, Bullguard?
