This is due to a conflict that Bullguard encounters with another antivirus software you might have installed on your computer.
When installing Bullguard you are warned about this kind of problems that are generated by the use of 2 antivirus products.
If you want to safely remove Bullguard I suggest you to try Safe Mode.
To enter Safe Mode please reboot your system and keep pressing F8 before the loading screen of Windows appears (if you see the logo of Windows you'll have to reboot again).
The second solution would be to find and rename the following file: regspy.sys, reboot your system and try again to uninstall Bullguard.
The regspy.sys file is located in the following folder:
<local disk>:\Program Files\Bullguard
We have a patch for this problem that is still in the testing phase and it will be posted soon.
