I've installed the trial version (4.1) But when I've done this my whole system became instable. When opening Firefox 0.8, IE 6.0 of any other browser my system hangs and won't work anymore. So I had to reboot the system again. With some luck, sometimes it only hangs for about 20 sec.

Had this problem also with Outlook Express and other apllications.

Is somebody familiair with this problem and how I can solve this problem?? I solved it by uninstalling bullguard. But the what I've seen of it looks pretty good, so I would like to give it a second try.

It will probably hang if you have other Anti-Virus or norton programs, also it might if you have other firewalls on

But its certainly worth it.

Damned.. How could I forget that..

But ok.. Works perfect now.. But there is an otjer problem occured now.. For some reason Bullguard is finding some virus infected emails (that's the reason why I'm trying this software), but I can't remove any of my emails now from outlook express.

Do you get an error message when you delete them ?

Well, not exactly an error code. It only says that he couldn't delete them.. (and the OK button..;))

I can only think that either Bullguard has deleted them or the Virus is stopping you from deleting them ....

Hmmm

But it's not only the emails containing the virusses, but can't delete any of my emails from outlook express..

Maybe can try anoher email program.. Hope this can solve the issue.

Ursel,

first let suggest that you go to your ISP and let them help you with your outlook configuration if it's affecting all your emails then there's a problem in outlook. second do a scan and send your logs to support@bullguard.com they will be able to help. third what OS are you running? with that I might be able to help further.
