hello there, i have ran ad aware and cleanmgr etc as per your "before posting rules". i seem to be another one of the many out there who are getting these very annoying winantivirus and co  popups!! thankfully i have never installed it on my computer but i still get the pop-ups. i would be very graeful for any help you can give me. here is my hijack this log

What I usually do is that download Xoftspy from www.free-scanner.com,  get my pc cleaned and have a cup of coffee at the same time :)

I tried removing pests before but my family did not like my shouting :(
