Hi. I've been trying to start up my music dowloader, but it never does! This box always shows up with an email that can help me if i send the code. I tried send it but it came back as mailer daemon. Please help asap!
Some how my java settings got erased from my computer. I need the customer service number, because I am just learning how to work my computer. I have been having a hard time finding the telephone number online. I reached someone yestarday, but I had my e-mail address mixed up and could not receive the settings. Someone please help me! I set up a new e-mail account that is easier for me to use, because I've been missing alot of e-mails. Please send me the customer service number or the java settings. I have this same problem with 360 pro share, I already paid one year subscription that costs us 70 US dollars. What will happen now? We need answers.........Is there a way we can trace their office address so we can directly contact them.
I had this same problem. I was a 'lifetime' member to 360 Share and it worked fine. I have recently been directed to 360 Share Pro and instructed to download it. When I did so, it wouldn't open up. Nothing. I followed the 'help' directions and submitted a request ticket to receive help. I was instructed to remove ALL Java from my computer and given http://www.musicformembers.com/downloads/jre-1_5_0_10-windows-i586-p-s.exe as a link to obtain the new Java download. After restarting my computer, I downloaded the new Java exe program and everything worked fine. I hope this helps some of you, as it was frustrating for me to go through the process, but it worked. One more thing . . . do NOT install the Java update 6.1. I was prompted to do so this morning, and again my 360 Share Pro wouldn't open. I uninstalled the update and it works fine. I contacted 360 Share and informed them that their software won't work with this update from Java. I would just skip the update until they resolve the conflict. Good luck again!
When using 360 Pro Share it connect and tells me that there is a firewall present that is not allowing it to see out to the internet. Does anyone know what to do?
I had the same problem a while ago, got in touch with them and was told that I needed to reinstall the programme, the updated version, which I did, and hey presto, it worked. Now, Ive tried to connect this morning, but nothing happened, wouldn't even open, so I though that it must be same problem, so uninstalled it, and now cant re-download it, the site doesn't recognize my username and password, although I've been able to download Limewire (basic). Can anyone suggest how I can re-install 360 share pro without having to pay AGAIN!!! I originally paid for lifetime membership, inc. movies.
Hi again. Ive uninstalled the lastest java download 6.1, kept the java 5.11, gone to http://www.themusicsmembersarea.com/downloads/installpro.exe, and have been able to re-install it, and it's working!!!!!!!!
HELLO, IM A NEW-BE..JUST WANT TO SAY..I 2 HAVE PAID FOR THE "360 SHARE PRO" AND IT NOW WONT WORK, HAVE SENT THEM 10/15 E,MAILS..AND THEY HAVE NEVER SENT ME A REPLY YET?...ANYONE KNOW WHATS GOING ON?...SCAM COMES 2 MIND?
Until today I would have agreed that 360 Share Pro is some kind of scam, but thanks to Dacaria's comment I now have the software working again as before and I'm really happy with it!
Having bought it in July 06 it stopped working in Dec 06 and I'd pretty much given up on it. I'm running XP and the program started as usual but it would never connect to anything.
I also thought that the Java environment explanation on many of these comments was just for if you couldn't start the program at all, rather than the not connecting problem.
Eventually I tried the instructions from Dacaria anyway and it all started working again - many thanks Dacaria!!! The instructions were:
360 share pro only works with Java J2SE Runtime environment 5.0 Update 10.
Erase 360 share pro. Remove all the Java updates EXCEPT 5.0 Update 10. Here it is if you don't have it:
Search c: documents and settings and delete any .360 share pro files. Go to c: program files and delete any .360 share pro files found there. Check Java files to make sure only [jre1.5.0_10] is there.
Thanks very much for all the advice re 360 Share Pro won't start up. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out why it would not load up. Simply removed the latest version of Java and guess what work again
Hi, would just like to say that i had the problem of 360 share pro not starting up, it appeared that nothing would happen when clicking to open it, i followed scrollgirl's advice and it now works great.
360share is a scam, you've been scammed it connects thru the gnutella network which if free and there is no membership fees at all.. REPEAT there is NO MEMBERSHIP FEE AT ALL IT'S FREE TO P2P and it's a ripoff..
I have had the same problem as everyone withe 360 sharepro after re-install..today I first went to add/remove programs and removed all java updates. I then searched computer for all 360 sharepro files and deleted these as well. Then I went to Java website and downloaded java 6.1 (latest version) this automatically ends up in your program files by default. I then downloaded sharepro 360 and when the box that asks if you want to run or save. I opened a new folder in 'My Doc's' and called it 'Downloads'I clicked save... to my documents ...downloads. When download was finished I rebooted my computer just in case this was needed and after it rebooted went straight to my documents/downloads opened the folder and clicked on the 360 logo. BINGO everything worked. Hope this helps. I still prefer my old DANSETTE record player!!!
I have tried everything that everyone has posted to fix 360share and nothing is working. i have gone to the links everyone has posted and i am told they dont exist. My 360 was working fine and then it just quit. HELP

Thanks... Mine stopped working after a month or two. I thought that it was eating up my computer, but I was wrong. I followed Scrollgirl's approach... I deleted Java 5.8, 5.9, and 6.1, and installed jave 5.10, and it instantly worked when i opened it. Thanks!!
Hi there. I am a new member. I have had problems with 360 Share also. I downloaded it in Nov 06, it worked great at first, then my computer crashed twice, and I lost all my songs, then I could not use 360. I am trying Limewire, but supposedly this has a bunch of problems?!?
