I wanted to thanks others from posting their issues and resolution
because I have not been able to start up 360 Share until today after finding the resolution.

The instructions were:

360 share pro only works with Java J2SE Runtime environment 5.0 Update 10.

Erase 360 share pro. Remove all the Java updates EXCEPT 5.0 Update 10. Here it is if you don't have it:

Restart computer.

Search c: documents and settings and delete any .360 share pro files. Go to c: program files and delete any .360 share pro files found there. Check Java files to make sure only [jre1.5.0_10] is there.

Reinstall 360 share pro:

I just got my sharepro fixed i called this number and talked to an agent..its not a scam u need to call them and wait on the phone ok? call 1-888-448-6872....mine is now working fine.....

I deleted the Java 6 and 360 opened again.

Can't get a proper network connection yet, though

i have used 360 for a long time and as long as you don't update the java it works well. when i had trouble i called the support and they sent me instructions on how to get it to work and i have not had any trouble since. 360 SHARE IS NOT A RIPOFF. IT IS A GOOD FILE SHARING PROGRAM

hi im !!!! with computers and even i managed to get 360 workin again! I deleted all but the 5.0 update 10 and it started working again, some people have said u have to delete all 360 share files and reinstall but i didn't! Thanks so much for posting the help and links everyone, great help, all well again!!!
