i recently downloaded the vista trial for my computer (32 bit) and after uninstalling my windows live care antivirus, i installed it, however, when i start bullguard up, it doesn't work and i get an error message saying: "the application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for further detail." i cant seem to find the application event log on my computer, could anyone help me with the route to it so i can see what it says and hopefully post it here. thanks.
