Hi can someone please tell me when i get to show hidden files and folders how i browse to c:\windows\system32\drivers\mchinjdrv.sys .Bullguard support have told me how to delete a virus,just stuck on how to get to it.Thanks

Hello

I assume it is XP ? , if so -

Click Start.
Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

1. Click the round blue Start thing in the left corner
2. Click Control Panel
3. Click Folder Options
4. Click the View tab
5. Click Show hidden files and folders
6. If you want to see system files as well, unclick Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)
7. Click OK
