When I am booting my computer, it is running Windows Xp, it is showing an error message "cannot find C:\WINDOWS\System\Isass.exe".  Why like this message showing. How I can resolve this problem

Reboot normally
 
Post AVG Antispyware log along with hijackthis log
in this thread and tell how things are running
