When I shut down the computer a "Ending Program Bullguard" shows up. Any way to fix this. It has done this since I downloaded the trial about 10 days ago.

This message just means that bullguard is taking too long to respond to the shutdown request from Windows. Simplest way to fix it is to just close Bullguard before shutting down your computer. Or press the "End program" button but I don't know if thats advisable.

Common problem with BG.

uninstall BG choosing not to 'save settings' and reinstall.

This will solve the problem. The BG not shutting down is related to the process of patching XP. Have you recently updated your computer?
