Trial version cannot update

I bought a new computer 3 days ago, it had a 60-days trial BullGuard Antivirus installed.
Now it keeps popping up with the message that I have unsufficient space on the OnlineDrive, and I need to upgrade (meaning I have to buy) for it to update??
Please can you explain?

I think I figured out what means the insufficient space on the 'Online Drive', probably the photo library (about 450GB) i transferred from the old computer to the new is too heavy for a back-up in the trial version? Am I right? If yes, then my trial version is not of much use.. Back to Top
