I keep getting a toolbar message that my computer is onfected with PSW.x-Vr Trojan spyware. How do I get rid of it?  I have used AVG Antispyware and run a full scan. I have Trend Micro 2008 antivirus software and have run a full scan but it still keeps popping up. What should I do?

Reboot normally
 
Post Hijackthis log along with AVG Anti-Spyware log, C: Rootlog TXT, C: combofix txt in this topic
