Hello Scobey,
From what you are saying, it seems that there is an infection in your System Restore files. To remove it you will have to disable and then re-enable System Restore. Here is what you need to do:
1. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel. 2. Double-click the System icon (Note: If the System icon is not visible, click View all Control Panel options to display it). 3. Click the System Restore tab, and then check Turn off System Restore on all drives. 4. Click Apply > OK. Click Yes, when you are prompted to restart Windows.
When all instructions have been completed, enable System Restore again by following the same instructions, but unchecking option Turn off System Restore on all drives.
This procedure should delete the infection. After you have completed it, please run another full scan of your computer to make sure you are safe. If the issue persists please contact BullGuard's Support Team at support@bullguard.com.
Thank you for using BullGuard.
Cheers,
