Here are the steps you need to follow in order to solve the update problem:
- Open the BullGuard application by double clicking on the icon from the bottom right corner of the screen and go to the Main section > Account. - Click on "Change User" then log in with your current username and password. - Afterwards, go to the Main section > Overview and click on "Check & Update".
