Whenever I try to do an update I get this error:



Yes I'm on the internet, no my firewall is not on, don't even have one, and the windows one is not on either. Any ideas? :-/

Try to login again.

Simply go to the Account tab and press the "Change User" option.

Thanks for that cid.It was as you said .But just for anyone else looking at this thread Here is the reply from Bullgaurd.....
Here are the steps you need to follow in order to solve the update problem:

- Open the BullGuard application by double clicking on the icon from the bottom right corner
  of the screen and go to the Main section > Account.
- Click on "Change User" then log in with your current username and password.
- Afterwards, go to the Main section > Overview and click on "Check & Update".
