when i was trying to open my registry editing  , i saw a massege on the screen that your registry editing has been disabled by your administrator . please help. how can i found the solution?

It seems that user account from which you login have only user rights and configure system plociy by system administrator.
 
 
So Contact you system administrator to change your account group to higher account group.

mostly adminstrators can edit registry values, but simple users cannot. if you do not have administrator rights, ask for your network administrator to give you right to edit registry.
