HELP!!!

I get the error message : Local error retriving user data! nad wont log me in! i have minimum protection using windows one care (XP) !

please, help me out to sort it out, i have logged into my account on the webby but bullguard isnt working : (

Do i have to reinstall it?

-resolved, a re-install helped. although i cannot restore settngs. but meh.
