Hello
 
I'm receiving the message " firewall service not responding. If the firewall will not start after a reboot, try reinstalling the application". 
 
Does that mean reinstall firewall or entire bullguard package.  If just the firewall, where do I find that component and if requires a complete download, how do I do that without having to pay for it all over again?

I'm already late for work, so I'll check back in 10 hours or so.

hi,
i am getting the same error,because i could not browse the web either,so i checked the ports for the ethernet controller in device manager and they are disabled by "something" i dont know, my good guess is virus of some sort,but all my scans come up clean,sorry i am not much help.hopefully someone can help us.

just wanted to say i sorted the problem,i still don't know what caused it but i manually disabled firewall ports for bullguard under D.M and then uninstalled/reinstalled bullguard and hey it worked.hope this helps.oops i forgot i had run HJT first.and pretty muched removed anything i could not find to be good or installed by me.

I had to use HJT to remove registary leftovers from symentac and Trend micro but once i did this firewall now runs ok

My firewall and spam-filter are doing the same things, i tried to reinstall but that only helped for a day... Do anyone know what to do?? I cant send emails to Bullguard either....
